Electrical Equipment Company (EECO) is seeking a detail‑oriented Key Account Specialist to provide service support for designated key accounts, including quotes, pricing, scheduling, and coordinating with product managers and internal technical specialists based on customer needs.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience will be the core focus; you will work with customer support reps, pricing, and purchasing to ensure timely responses and maximum satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Authentic customer service commitment - collaborative personality; tenacity to see challenges through to the end.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software.
• Strong communications skills (both written and oral).
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to learn and become proficient in EECO's business systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and sales amplification: Delight the customer while freeing up the KAM to focus on growing sales.
• Pricing, quotes and delivery coordination.
• Quote follow-up and liaison to communicate results back to the customer.
• Expedites and pricing concerns - take the lead to resolve.
• Coordinate and obtain information or support from the factory.
• Price negotiation and maintaining pricing files to maximize gross profit.
• Identify opportunities and engage the KAM to advance opportunities.
• Work with the KAM to uncover key contacts/decision makers and gather information for opportunities.
• Use CRM to manage customer interactions and prioritize activities.
• Support across departments to enhance efficiencies and service delivery and migrate customers to preferred vendors.
