EECO in Raleigh, NC is seeking a proactive Key Account Specialist to deliver exceptional service to designated key accounts. You will be the first point of contact for pricing, quotes, delivery coordination, and internal support, freeing the KAM to focus on growing lines of business.

You will collaborate with product managers, pricing, purchasing, and CRM systems to maximize gross profit while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Authentic customer service commitment and collaborative personality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn EECO's business systems and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for pricing, quotes, and delivery coordination for key accounts.
Coordinate with factory, KAM, and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
Manage pricing files, provide timely updates, and support pricing negotiations.
Leverage CRM to track interactions and opportunities, driving efficiency and satisfaction.
Assist in identifying new opportunities and support growth of key accounts.
