EECO, a leading electrical equipment distributor, is seeking a Key Account Specialist (inside sales) to service a designated set of key accounts. You will handle pricing, quotes, delivery coordination, and liaison with factory teams to meet customer needs while supporting the Key Account Manager.

You are highly organized, able to work with CRM, have an associates degree or equivalent, and excel at collaboration, communication, and detail.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service commitment and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as inside sales for Key accounts, handling quotes, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with KAM and internal teams to support customers.
• Use CRM to manage customer interactions and prioritize activities.
• Seek opportunities to maximize gross profit and margins.
