The Key Account Specialist will provide exceptional service to assigned Key accounts, coordinating pricing, quotes, and delivery while partnering with KAMs to enable growth and increased customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong organization, customer service orientation, and the ability to work with multiple internal teams to resolve issues and optimize value for key customers.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Customer service mindset with ability to delight customers.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for Key accounts and support KAMs.
• Provide pricing, quotes, and delivery coordination for designated accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product managers, pricing, purchasing) to satisfy customer needs.
• Use CRM to manage customer interactions and prioritize tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve service and margins for key customers.
