Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service mindset and collaboration.
• Experience with Excel and basic technical support is a plus.
• Ability to learn EECO’s business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage promise dates, track shipments, expedite orders, and confirm shipping logistics.
• Enter Purchase Orders to vendors via email or online entry.
• Primary contact for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on open issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries and order status inquiries using the internal system.
• Provide customers with copies of documentation related to transactions on request.
• Coordinate with warehouse to process freight claims and track shipments.
• Review invoicing reports to identify margin loss and manage open order reports.
• Assist Managers and Key Account Specialists with other administrative tasks.
