Job summary

Electrical Equipment Company (EECO) in Raleigh, NC seeks a detail‑oriented Key Account Specialist to support key accounts, coordinate pricing and delivery, and free our KAM to grow sales.

You will work with product/service reps, pricing, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure superior customer experiences and timely issue resolution. EECO values teamwork and predictable, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service commitment – collaborative personality; tenacity to finish challenges.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first stop for pricing, quotes, and delivery coordination.
• Support KAM by coordinating internal specialists to meet customer needs.
• Assist with expediting orders and resolving pricing concerns.
• Maintain CRM data and prioritize activities to maximize gross profit.
• Identify opportunities and qualify them for KAM involvement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and timely service.
