Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day client orders, shipments, claims, and emails.
• Coordinate orders and shipments to balance supply with demand.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all day-to-day management of the customer's process, including orders, shipments, new product presentations and customer setup sheets, claims, emails.
• Review customer orders, container booking, and follow up with sales representatives or external partners to ensure orders are processed and ship deadlines are met.
• Monitor new starts for trend analysis and communicate planning.
• Attend weekly operations meetings and provide coverage for team members as needed.
• Attend furniture market twice a year.
