Hiab USA is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support Key Accounts and strategic customers, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution of the customer relationship. You will coordinate orders, deliveries, and service activities, acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth workflow.

The role emphasizes accurate customer data in CRM, performance reporting, and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in customer service.
• 3+ years of experience in a B2B customer service, sales support or operations coordination role.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
• Ability to analyze customer data and prepare clear reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational support partner to Key Account Executives for assigned strategic accounts.
• Coordinate equipment orders, delivery schedules, and logistics with internal teams and external partners.
• Work with production, logistics, and order entry teams to resolve delivery or scheduling challenges.
• Ensure service requests, maintenance needs, and operational issues are communicated and addressed effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM and internal systems.
• Track and report key customer and internal metrics used to measure account performance and operational success.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational workflows that impact the key account customer experience.
