Key Account Manager - Cannabis (Northeast US)

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary contact for customers, coordinating activities to advance sales opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of horticulture production in climate-controlled environments, connecting growing practices with our technology benefits.
  • Achieve sales targets in your territory, collaborating with product management, supply chain, and marketing.
  • Build and maintain a network of decision-makers, influencers, and partners in horticulture.
  • Participate in co-creation with growers, initiating field tests and follow-ups, developing tailored LED growth light solutions.
  • Lead regular meetings with customer senior management, monitor industry trends, and provide market intelligence.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience in sales, customer relations, or business development within controlled environment agriculture.
  • Technical knowledge of cannabis cultivation in climate-controlled settings.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills, with experience developing complex business cases.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and business development strategies.
