*This is a remote work from home role that may be seated in the Northeast (New England area ideally) providing the applicant resides near a major metropolitan airport.

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager, you'll establish new business by engaging directly with growers and partners, maintaining a network of complementary partners. The geographical scope is the Northeast US territory, focusing on customer segments in controlled growing environments for cannabis.

What you'll do ...
  • Represent the company as the primary contact for customers, coordinating activities to advance sales opportunities. Advocate for customer needs, develop solutions, and own client relationships.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of horticulture production in climate-controlled environments, connecting growing aspects with our technology's benefits.
  • Achieve sales targets in your territory, collaborating with product management, supply chain, and marketing teams.
  • Build a network of decision-makers, influencers, and partners, maintaining an opportunity pipeline. Manage account planning, forecasting, and profile updates.
  • Collaborate with plant specialists and project engineers within the North American team.
  • Facilitate co-creation with growers through field tests and follow-up, developing tailored LED growth light solutions. Lead strategy meetings with customer senior management, monitor industry trends, and gather market intelligence.
What you'll need ....
  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in horticultural sales, customer relations, or business development in controlled growing environments.
  • Deep technical knowledge of crops (cannabis) in climate-controlled industries.
  • Strong problem-solving, consultative selling skills, and experience managing complex business cases.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.

Salary: $107,000 - 157,000

Bonus: Target 45% Sales Incentive bonus
