Your ability to clear the way, extrapolate intricate details, attend to complex situations and serve as a trusted go-between make you a perfect fit for the Hypertension (HTN) Center Key Account Business Manager role at Syneos Health.

The Hypertension (HTN) Center Key Account Business Manager is a specialized sales role that focuses on providing value and driving performance at the Centers and affiliated outpatient clinics that are part of health networks. This role requires a blend of strong clinical expertise and successful sales background within the CVRM space, bringing pre-established relationships with centers of health networks for access. It serves as a leader for insights & knowledge sharing related to these Centers and creates/sustains a systemic approach to influence sales goal attainment for TRYVIO within their assigned geography.

Responsibilities
  • Build Champions and Advocacy through KOL development, engagement, and advocacy among cardiologists, nephrologists, and high-profile internal medicine HCPs at key AMCs and aligned HTN Centers. This includes ongoing efforts with NP/PAs and other key stakeholders like pharmacists.
  • Drive appropriate use of TRYVIO and focus on volume growth within targeted HTN centers and HCPs by engaging key targeted HCPs to promote early appropriate use of TRYVIO through clinical/sales expertise and working within AMCs/Integrated Delivery Systems with access to outpatient clinics.
  • Engage outpatient clinics affiliated with HTN Centers to raise awareness of TRYVIO and implement prescribing practices to increase uptake and sales.
  • Attend healthcare conferences to understand the landscape and engage HCPs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer needs and respond credibly as a HTN expert.
  • Collaborate with brand and internal partners to develop resources supporting account objectives.
  • Maintain and update strategic account plans using CRM tools aligned with business goals.
  • Achieve performance goals and leverage productivity metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and 2+ years of account management experience
  • Experience in the broader cardio-metabolic renal space including hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, heart failure, CKD
  • Existing relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and stakeholders in CV, nephrology, and internal medicine at AMCs and HTN Centers
  • Experience working within diverse AMCs and hypertension centers
  • Background with brands in integrated delivery networks, inpatient and outpatient care settings
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays

The annual base salary ranges from $175,000 to $182,500, with potential for bonuses based on performance. We support diversity and encourage all qualified candidates to apply, including those with transferable skills.
