Key Account Manager - Electrical Power Utilities

Join us at Siemens as a Key Account Manager - Electrical Power Utilities and support Siemens’s largest accounts in the United States. This remote role involves employing your electrical utility expertise to provide solutions and sell software and energy automation equipment.

Role Highlights:

  • Identify, implement, and drive sales for targeted accounts.
  • Develop account plans and support growth initiatives.
  • Build relationships with CxO, VP, and Director levels in utilities.
  • Achieve sales targets and support strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to customize solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience selling grid software and energy automation to utility customers.
  • Proven skills in managing complex bids, negotiations, and sales campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM or business.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger selling, and cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of electric power distribution networks.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $107,520 - $184,320, plus bonuses/commissions.
