The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Responsible for managing all sales responsibilities by identifying and executing opportunities to meet growth objectives. Provides sales direction and expertise for assigned categories to execute the short-term strategic direction and operating plans for the key accounts. Determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of assigned categories.

As Key Account Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Executes and adapts to meet and exceed sales plans at Walgreens and CVS.
  • Partners with E-commerce team to drive demand generation tactics for respected categories
  • Explains sales plans to functional leaders to ensure their understanding and buy-in; provides a course of action to fill gaps
  • Influences internal and external decision makers for required sales programs
  • Build strong business partner and customer relationships and negotiate larger contracts and/or service level agreements
  • Works with the business team to develop sales objectives and operations plans for implementation.
  • Shares best practices with other Sales Managers
  • Evaluates and recommends new activities and approaches to improve demand generation results
  • Responsible for understanding POS data related to business strategies; performs data analysis and supports execution of new programs based on POS data.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, continuously improve through feedback

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of sales or marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Work location:

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic travel

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
