Role Impact: As a Key Account Manager in Solventum’s Dental Solutions, you will:

  • Exceed sales forecasts for assigned Key Accounts by developing and executing sales and merchandising programs.
  • Act as a liaison between Key Accounts, National Accounts, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market data to customize programs and drive market share growth.
  • Develop and implement business plans for key accounts.
  • Manage pricing programs to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Work with Emerging DSOs, OSOs, Large Group Practices, and Strategic Accounts.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the orthodontic industry, including sales, accounts, marketing, or management.
  • Valid driver’s license, as a company vehicle will be provided.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with strategic accounts and dental/orthodontic markets.
  • Success with distributed sales models and data analytics skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
Additional Details

Location: Remote

Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel expected.

Relocation assistance may be available.

Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
