Job summary

The successful candidate will follow SOPs, monitor equipment, and participate in safety programs. The position offers hourly pay and eligibility for a bonus program up to $1,000 annually.

• Able to follow HACCP policies and guidelines.
• Knowledgeable of CCPs & CQPs.
• Knowledgeable of SSOPs.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to monitor tasks to maintain quality and safety.
• Self-starter with initiative and drive.
• Positive, motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality and food safety protocols and SOPs; document actions.
• Perform corrective actions and complete C&C Reports.
• Verify scales daily and monitor chart recorder reaching >190°F.
• Notify Maintenance of equipment issues; clean and sanitize all production equipment.
• Check inline protective devices between batches and monitor trash.
• Participate in BOS Safety program; perform other duties as required.
