Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC seeks a Kitchen Machine Operator for the second shift in Green Bay, WI. You will operate kettles and related equipment, monitor temperatures, and ensure batch quality and food safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior manufacturing or food experience, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing or food experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate ovens, kettles, dishwasher, pumps, etc.
• Verify ingredients and measure ingredients.
• Prepare products on trays and ready for cooking.
• Scoop/fill products into kettle; monitor time and temperatures.
• Scoop/remove cooked products from kettle after cooking.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after use.
• Gather veggie carts together.
• Fill containers with hot stock.
• Run pan wash machine.
• Use pallet jack to move totes and loads.
• Communicate pertinent information to Supervisor.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Follow GMPs, safety rules and food safety procedures.
• Follow environmental protocols and sanitation procedures.
