Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is hiring at its Green Bay Plant for a Kettle Operator. You will produce sauces in open kettles, monitor each batch for quality, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include operating ovens and kettles, verifying ingredients, weighing materials, and preparing products for cooking. You will move items with a pallet jack, palletize boxes, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following GMP and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing or food experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cooking equipment (ovens, kettles, dishwasher, pumps) and monitor batches.
• Verify ingredients and measure/weigh ingredients.
• Place products on trays and prep for cooking.
• Scoop/fill products into kettle and manage timing and temperatures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after use.
• Move materials with pallet jack and palletize boxes.
• Follow GMPs, safety rules, and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with Supervisor and assist team as needed.
