Kettle Cuisine, LLC seeks a Kitchen Machine Operator for the second shift in Green Bay, WI. You will operate kettles and related equipment, monitor temperatures, and ensure batch quality and food safety.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, prior manufacturing or food experience, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for growth.

Sunday-Thursday, 6:30pm to 3:00am with intermittent work on Fridays.
Machine Kitchen Operators/Kettle Operators are responsible to produce sauces in open kettles and carefully monitor every batch to deliver best quality products.

The Kitchen Machine Operator base pay range $23.00 to $24.75/hourly. The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries for the Green Bay, WI location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’s rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. The Kitchen Machine Operator position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package. Kettle Cuisine and all its legal entities comply with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
