Qualifications

• Interviews, recruits, screens and selects bell ringing staff and volunteers.
• Plans, schedules, and assigns work; ensures sites are covered.
• Maintains records and reports for kettle income and hours worked.
• Valid driver’s license; drives Salvation Army vehicle 50–75% of time.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; uphold Salvation Army mission and policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain records of kettle income, hours worked, and events.
