Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interviews, recruits, screens and selects bell ringing staff and volunteers to cover sites.
• Plans, schedules, and assigns work; trains staff and volunteers; ensures accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Maintains contact with staff and volunteers; addresses questions or problems; recognizes workers.
• Prepares and maintains records and databases for kettle income; reports on kettle status and hours worked.
• Plans, coordinates, and maintains special events; prepares plaques and certificates of recognition.
