Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Kettle Coordinator to support the Corps Officer during the kettle season. You will oversee orientation, paperwork, scheduling, and volunteer recruitment at various kettle locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of clerical experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older to drive.
• Valid driver''s license is required.
• Bilingual in location language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kettle orientation for employees and volunteers.
• Prepare paperwork for seasonal kettle staff.
• Enter information into kettle program accurately.
• Recruit and assign volunteers and service clubs to kettle locations.
• Prepare daily kettle schedules to maximize net income.
• Take inventory of kettle equipment and ensure broken items are replaced.
