Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Christmas Coordinator to manage the kettle campaign and support additional programs. You will respond to inquiries about bell ringing, maintain kettle schedules, and assist with reports and fundraising activities.

Responsibilities include leading daily devotions, driving kettle routes, and coordinating placement/collection of kettles while providing frontline customer service at kettle sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; at least 18 years old
• 1 year of informal supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license with chauffeur endorsement; pass Salvation Army MVR check
• Complete Safe From Harm training and keep current

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries concerning bell ringing
• Establish and maintain kettle site work schedules; resolve scheduling conflicts
• Assist in printing/preparing kettle reports and statistics; secure funds for counting
• Provide customer service at kettle locations
• Lead or arrange for daily devotions
• Drive kettle routes to deliver/pick up kettles; transport ringers as needed
• Arrange for placement and collection of counter kettles
