• Interviews, recruits, screens and selects bell ringing staff and volunteers to ensure sites are covered.
• Plans, schedules, and assigns work of staff and volunteers with instruction and oversight.
• Maintains contact with staff and volunteers, addresses questions and problems, and recognizes workers.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, coordinates, and monitors bell ringing staff and volunteers.
• Drives Salvation Army vehicle to transport kettle workers and pick up kettles; ensures 50–75% driving time.
• Prepares records and reports on kettle income and hours worked; maintains up-to-date databases.
• Plans and coordinates special events; prepares plaques, certificates, and event records.
