Job summary

Ag 1 Source is seeking an Ag Territory Sales Rep to cover Central and Eastern Kansas. This role promotes proprietary and major manufacturer products to producers and end users, with support from a collaborative team and growth opportunities.

You will scout and recommend seed, chemical, and fertilizer, coordinate with managers to ensure timely work, and follow up on crop plans with customers. Compensation ranges from $65K to $90K plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Solid agronomy skill set for recommendations across agronomy products.
• Understanding of how ag retail operates and willingness to promote the company daily.
• Ability to talk to producers and work with a team daily.

Responsibilities

• Calling on producers/end users promoting proprietary products and major manufacturer products.
• Scout and recommend seed, chemical, and fertilizer as part of the role.
• Coordinate with managers and operations on daily schedules to ensure correct and prompt work.
• Follow up with customers on crop plans and recommendations.
