Ampersand Therapy in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K–8 students with speech and language services. CFs welcome and mentorship provided; flexible full-time or part-time schedules; W-2 employment with liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in K-12 or school-based settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in a K-8 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
