Ampersand Therapy is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles in Northglenn, CO. Positions available are full-time or part-time with a competitive pay rate up to $65/hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• CFs welcomed to apply.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
