Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a Montrose, CO school-based role serving K-12 students. This position offers full-time or part-time schedules, competitive pay up to $65/hour, and CF-friendly mentorship within a supportive team.

As an SLP, you will provide therapy, develop IEP goals, conduct assessments, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student communication, articulation, language, and social skills, with W-2 employment and valuable benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply; mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
