Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Colorado Springs, CO to support K–12 students with speech and language services. CFs welcome and mentored in a therapist-owned, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-8 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
