Job summary

Stellar Virtual is seeking a Supervisor of Instructional Coaches to lead and develop the Instructional Coaching team, ensuring high-quality coaching to improve teacher practice and student outcomes. The role partners with campus leaders to establish coaching systems and monitor effectiveness across grade levels and content areas.

This position supervises coaches and does not directly evaluate classroom teachers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field required.
• Texas Teaching Certificate required.
• Texas Principal Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support Instructional Coaches.
• Develop and implement instructional coaching model.
• Establish coaching cycles, observation protocols, and feedback processes.
• Monitor coaching impact on student achievement and teacher practice.
• Collaborate with campus and district leaders to align coaching with priorities.
