Job summary

Stellar Virtual is seeking a Supervisor of Instructional Support to lead the Instructional Coaching team, elevate teacher practice, and improve student achievement across secondary grades. You will partner with campus leaders to establish coaching systems, monitor effectiveness, and promote instructional excellence across campuses.

The role requires 5+ years in education, strong coaching and leadership skills, and experience with data-driven instruction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of educational experience including classroom teaching and instructional leadership.
• Experience in instructional coaching and delivering professional learning.
• Strong knowledge of coaching models, adult learning, and data-driven instruction.
• Experience supporting remote and hybrid learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Instructional Coaching team with regular coaching, mentoring and professional development.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive instructional coaching model aligned with goals and priorities.
• Establish coaching cycles, observation protocols, feedback processes for consistency and effectiveness.
• Design, deliver and coordinate professional learning opportunities for coaches.
• Analyze coaching and student data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
