Job summary

Unlimited Instruction is seeking an Instructor Quality Specialist to observe K-12 classrooms, coach instructors, and support special education services across partner districts. You will lead feedback sessions, develop coaching plans, and ensure alignment with IEP goals and accreditation standards.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Instructor Support Specialists, data-informed decision making, and safe, compliant instructional practices across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in K-12 instructional design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IEPs and related supports.
• Experience completing teacher observation cycles.
• Ability to coach and mentor instructors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with state accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site formal observations of UI instructors.
• Provide detailed instructional feedback on teaching practices.
• Develop and implement Collaborative Instructional Coaching Plans.
• Conduct pre- and post-observation conferences.
• Serve as primary instructional coach and resource for UI instructors.
• Collaborate with Instructor Support Specialists to implement coaching cycles.
• Document visits and action items for improvement in instructional design and delivery.
