Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; teaching certificate not required.
• Structured-literacy training or master’s in reading/literacy.
• At least 3 years working with children 4–9 in engaging environments.
• 2+ years teaching reading in K–3 within last 5 years.
• Willing to work on-site with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Coach students through app-based core learning; identify gaps and unblock with targeted questions.
• Lead short, structured-literacy sessions for 2–4 students; diagnose gaps and sequence teaching; check transfer.
• Lead morning launch, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities for 6‑year‑olds.
• Drive weekly app goals with currency, leaderboards, and gamification.
• Stay with students through lunch, recess, and closing; address frustration with a clear plan.
