Qualifications

• At least 3 years direct experience with children aged 4–9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or related settings.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master's in reading or literacy.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject; teaching certificate not required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching students through app-based core learning and unblocking gaps.
• Running short literacy sessions for 2–4 students with targeted sequences.
• Leading morning launch, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities.
• Helping students reach weekly app goals using gamification.
• Staying with students through lunch, recess, and closing with plans for frustrated children.
