Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach students through app-based core learning; identify gaps and unblock progress.
• Lead short structured-literacy sessions with small groups; diagnose gaps and teach targeted sequences.
• Maintain daily student engagement from launch to closing; drive weekly app goals with gamification.
• Spend majority of day guiding students through app-based learning and campus routines.
• Support and mentor students during lunch, recess, and closing with proactive plans.
