Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site at a campus listed above, with relocation support
• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9
• At least 2 years of reading instruction in grades K-3 in the last 5 years
• Completed structured-literacy training or a master’s in reading or literacy
• Bachelor's degree; teaching certificate not required
• Comfortable spending most of the day guiding students through app-based learning
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Coaching students through app-based core learning and closing gaps
• Running short literacy sessions with small groups and diagnostic sequences
• Leading morning launch, life-skills workshops, and classroom routines
• Driving students to weekly app goals using leaderboards and rewards
• Staying with students through lunch and recess, addressing frustration with plans
