Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Learning Coach to guide K-3 students through app-based core learning and targeted reading interventions on campus. You will diagnose decoding gaps, design short, effective sequences, and monitor progress with weekly data shared with families.

This full-time, on-site role requires 70% instructional guidance and 30% targeted sessions, with relocation support and a bachelor’s degree. Training in structured literacy is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; teaching certificate not required.
• Structured-literacy training or equivalent credentials must be demonstrated.
• Experience teaching reading in early grades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide K-3 students through app-based core learning and literacy sessions.
• Diagnose decoding gaps and design short sequences to close them.
• Lead morning launches, workshops, and daily classroom routines.
• Support students to meet weekly reading goals and earn rewards.
