Alpha invites passionate educators to join our Student Success Coach team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will coach K–3 students through app‑based core learning, diagnose gaps from running records, and design a short sequence to close them, staying with them from launch to closing.

You will lead short literacy sessions, drive weekly app goals with gamification, and use data to tailor daily plans for each student. Relocation support is provided, and compensation is $120,000 USD per year.

Competenze

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4–9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or similar settings.
• At least 2 years coaching reading in grades K–3 within the last 5 years.
• Completed structured‑literacy training (LET RS, IMSE, Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS) or a master’s in reading or literacy.
• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching certificate not required.

Mansioni

• Coaching students through app‑based core learning, spotting blockers and guiding toward the daily goal.
• Running short sessions with 2–4 students, diagnosing decoding gaps from running records and probes.
• Leading morning launch, life‑skills workshops, and check‑chart activities for 6‑year‑olds.
• Driving students to weekly app goals using school currency, leaderboards, and gamification.
• Staying with students through lunch and recess, addressing frustration with a plan.
