Alpha is hiring for a Student Success Coach to work on-site at campuses across the country. You will coach K-3 students through app-based core learning, diagnose decoding gaps, and implement a 15-minute sequence you designed to close gaps.

You will lead morning launches, literacy workshops, and daily routines, driving students toward weekly app goals with gamification. The role emphasizes diagnostic planning, close daily student contact, and staying with learners from launch to close, including

Formación

• At least 3 years working directly with children ages 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or similar settings.
• At least 2 years coaching students on reading in K-3 within the last 5 years.
• Structured-literacy training (LETRS, IMSE, Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Fundations, UFLI, CERI, Neuhaus, SIPPS) or a master's in reading or literacy.
• Bachelor's degree; teaching certificate not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Coaching students through app-based core learning, spotting gaps, and unblocking progress.
• Running short structured-literacy sessions with two to four students and diagnosing decoding gaps.
• Leading morning launch, life-skills workshops, and check-chart activities for six-year-olds.
• Driving weekly app goals using school currency and gamification.
• Staying with students through lunch, recess, and closing with a plan for frustrated learners.
