Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Program Manager to lead a cohort of K-3 students, coaching Guides and students using data to drive progress. You will own playbooks, train Guides, and scale best practices across the campus and beyond.

You will work in person at Alpha campuses in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ with relocation support provided. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in youth work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people, including authority to hire and to remove people based on performance outcomes.
• Experience building, launching, or growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and feedback to meet measurable goals.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills such as public speaking, focus, collaboration, and accountability.
• Run motivation sessions connecting each child's goals to real academic progress.
• Build and refine playbooks to turn best practices into repeatable systems.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence in facilitation as the team grows.
