Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Program Director to lead and coach Guides and students in a fast-paced K-3 environment. You will own a cohort of students, use performance data and Coachbot analytics, and run live workshops to build life skills and academic progress.

Based in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ, you will work in person, scale best practices, and help shape playbooks that guide a growing team of Guides and learners toward clear, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching K-3 students using data to drive progress.
• Ability to lead workshops and small-group sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data, classroom observation, and direct feedback.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills.
• Run motivation sessions connecting goals to academic progress.
• Develop and refine playbooks to scale best practices.
