Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Executive Coach to work in person at campuses in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ with relocation support. This full-time role offers a salary of $150,000 USD per year and a path to lead elementary-age programs. You will coach Guides and students, run life-skills workshops, and build scalable systems to drive student outcomes.

Relocation support is provided. The role requires at least 5 years with young children, a relevant degree, and experience leading teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children.
Experience leading a team of 5+ people with hiring/removal authority.
Experience building or growing a program, team, school, or initiative from the ground up.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Coach Guides and students using performance data, classroom observation, and feedback to meet measurable goals.
Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills such as public speaking, focus, collaboration, resilience, accountability, and feedback.
Run individual and small-group motivation sessions connecting goals to academic progress.
Build and refine playbooks turning best practices into repeatable systems for Guides to execute.
Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence to ensure standards as the team grows.
