Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Program Director to lead a K-3 cohort on site at an Alpha campus in Austin, TX or Scottsdale (Phoenix), with relocation support provided. You will coach Guides and students using performance data, run live workshops, and drive measurable progress.

You will build scalable playbooks, train Guides, and ensure high standards as the team grows. This is a full-time, W2 role with six-figure earnings and a strong impact on young learners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with elementary-aged children
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data, classroom observation, and direct feedback
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills
• Run motivation sessions linking goals to real academic progress
• Build and refine playbooks to convert best practices into repeatable systems
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence as the team grows
