Job summary

Alpha seeks an Elite Coach to personally manage a K‑3 cohort, coaching Guides and students with data-driven feedback. You will run live workshops, lead motivation sessions, and scale best practices through battle-tested playbooks, staying hands-on daily.

You’ll join a leadership path in a fast-moving school model that values measurable outcomes and rejects traditional teaching norms, with relocation support for Austin or Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5–9).
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people with hiring/removal authority.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Guides and students using performance data and direct feedback.
• Facilitate one-hour life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Lead motivation sessions linking goals to academic progress.
• Build and refine playbooks to scale best practices.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence as the team grows.
