Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Program Director to coach Guides and K-3 students in a high-engagement, data-driven environment. You will lead workshops, drive student progress, and develop scalable playbooks the team can implement across cohorts.

You will work on-site at Alpha campuses in Austin, TX or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ with relocation support provided. The role offers $150,000 USD per year for full-time employment and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years working with elementary-aged children (roughly ages 5 to 9).
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people with hiring/removal authority.
• Experience building or growing a program, team, or initiative from the ground up.
• Comfortable in a school that rejects traditional teaching methods.”

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data and classroom observation.
• Facilitate one-hour live workshops for K-3 students on life skills.
• Run motivation sessions linking goals to academic progress.
• Build and refine playbooks to scale best practices.
• Train Guides on playbooks and model excellence in facilitation.
