Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning and stronger mentorship. You will lead life-skills workshops for K-3 students and coach them individually and in small groups, using analytics to keep every child on track for ambitious weekly goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject and U.S. work authorization.
• At least 3 years of direct experience with children ages 4-9.
• Proven ability to motivate and engage young learners.
• Experience leading group activities and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics.
• Assess life-skill mastery with Alpha's Test2Pass framework.
• Adapt coaching style to cohort needs with songs, movement, and storytelling.
• Build relationships to help students stretch beyond their perceived limits.
