Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning and stronger mentorship. You will lead one K-3 cohort, running energetic life-skills workshops and coaching students individually and in small groups to build confidence, focus, and communication.

You’ll use learning analytics to hit ambitious weekly goals and help students believe they can achieve more than they thought possible. This is a full-time, on-site role across multiple campuses in the US.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years experience working directly with children ages 4-9.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with engaging routines.

Mansioni

• Lead life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics.
• Assess life-skill mastery with Alpha's Test2Pass framework.
• Adapt coaching style to developmental needs across cohorts.
