Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Learning Coach to lead K-3 life-skills workshops and coach students daily using adaptive tools. This on-site role focuses on building confidence, resilience, and essential communication skills through engaging activities and individualized guidance.

You will use Coachbot analytics and proven motivation systems to track progress and drive weekly goals, ensuring each student leaves more capable than when they arrived.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years working with children ages 4–9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or similar.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with a concrete example.
• Proven ability to motivate children to achieve challenging goals with specific examples.
• Ability to adjust approach based on feedback and results.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while focusing on coaching and life-skill development.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead life-skills workshops for K-3 students to build communication and focus.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and proven motivation systems.
• Assess mastery using Alpha's Test2Pass framework and help students reach understanding.
• Adapt coaching style to cohort needs, using songs, movement, and stories as appropriate.
• Build relationships that encourage students to stretch beyond perceived limits.
