Alpha hires educators to lead K-3 life-skills workshops and coach students using data-driven motivation systems. You will inspire confidence, focus, and communication while guiding children toward ambitious weekly goals.

As an on-site Guide, you’ll work across multiple campuses, build strong relationships, and adapt your coaching to each child's needs, helping them grow beyond their own expectations.

Formación

• Willing to work on-site at Alpha campuses across the US.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with children aged 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or youth programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students to master communication and focus.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and coach students until they demonstrate understanding, not just participation.
• Adapt coaching style to cohort needs, using songs, movement, and storytelling for younger learners.
• Build relationships that encourage students to push beyond their perceived limits.
