Job summary

Alpha is hiring Learning Coaches to guide K-3 students in life skills through coaching and interactive workshops on focus, communication, and feedback. You will use analytics to monitor progress and tailor sessions to each child’s development.

This full-time, on-site role requires relocation availability and a passion for motivating young learners to achieve ambitious weekly goals. You’ll work across multiple campuses in the U.S., supporting students’ growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with children ages 4–9.
• Experience leading group activities with a concrete example of structure or routine.
• Track record of motivating young children to achieve challenging goals.
• Concrete example of adapting approach based on feedback.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while focusing energy on coaching and life-skill development.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students to master communication, focus, and other durable skills.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics and strong relationships.
• Assess life-skill mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass framework until real understanding is demonstrated.
• Adapt coaching style to developmental needs of the cohort (songs, movement, storytelling as needed).
• Build relationships where students feel supported to stretch beyond what they thought they could achieve.
