Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a Learning Coach to lead life-skills workshops and coach K-3 students in a hands-on, outcomes-driven role. You will run energetic one-hour workshops and coach students individually and in groups, using learning analytics to drive progress toward ambitious weekly goals.

The role emphasizes active coaching, motivation, and relationship-building rather than traditional classroom teaching. Relocation assistance is available and on-site work at Alpha campuses nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with children ages 4-9.
• Experience leading group activities for young children with structures to keep them engaged.
• Track record of motivating young children to achieve challenging goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess mastery using Alpha's Test2Pass framework and coach to real understanding.
